AI Settings
The AI Settings page lets administrators toggle AI-powered features on or off for the entire organization. Each feature can be independently controlled.
Logic Block Generation
Section titled “Logic Block Generation”What it does: When enabled, uploading a reference PDF to a Contract and drawing a selection on it triggers automatic generation of logic block expressions based on the selected text.
Toggle: On / Off
When enabled, the contract editor shows an AI generation option after you draw a PDF selection. Generated rules are presented as suggestions — review and adjust them before saving.
Error Summary
Section titled “Error Summary”What it does: When enabled, failed validation rules in the Results Review page display a plain-language explanation of what went wrong.
Toggle: On / Off
Error summaries translate technical logic block failures (e.g. $total_amount > 0 evaluated to false) into readable descriptions (e.g. “The total amount is zero or negative, which is not allowed”).
Suggestions
Section titled “Suggestions”What it does: When enabled, termco provides AI-recommended corrections for extracted field values during Results Review.
Toggle: On / Off
Suggestions appear next to fields where the AI detects a likely extraction error, offering a one-click correction option.
When to Disable
Section titled “When to Disable”Consider disabling AI features when:
- Sensitive data — Documents contain highly confidential information that should not be processed by AI models.
- Manual workflow preference — Your team prefers fully manual review without AI-generated suggestions.
- Cost management — AI features consume additional processing resources.
