What is termco?
Section titled “What is termco?”termco is a document processing platform that extracts structured data from PDFs, validates it against configurable business rules, and generates aggregate reports. It combines AI-powered extraction with rule-based validation to help teams process invoices, contracts, and other documents at scale.
Who is this for?
Section titled “Who is this for?”- End users (document processors and reviewers) who create jobs, review extracted data, and generate reports.
- Administrators who configure processors, contracts, logic blocks, manage organization members, and control AI features.
Core Workflow
Section titled “Core Workflow”- Create a Processor — Define the fields you want to extract from your documents (name, type, required).
- Create a Contract — Add validation rules (logic blocks) that check extracted data against business requirements.
- Create a Job — Upload PDFs and run them through a processor for extraction and validation.
- Review Results — Compare extracted values against the source PDF, fix errors inline, and confirm documents.
- Generate a Report — Aggregate data across jobs with totals, averages, counts, and pivot fields.
